  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, sealed box, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software, downloadable products, or digital goods.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products with visible signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
  • Hygienic Products.

1.3 Return Process:

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

2.2 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Eligibility:
